Our goal is to help you resolve simple problems with ease, while ensuring peace of mind that your Aritco Homelift remains safe, reliable, and ready for everyday use.

Stay calm. The Aritco homelift has a backup battery that allows safe exit during power failure. Follow these steps:
1. If you can communicate with the person inside, instruct them to select the nearest lower floor on the control panel and press the button. The lift will move down using the backup battery.
2. Once the platform aligns with the floor level, the door will automatically open, allowing the person to exit safely.
3. If the passenger cannot be instructed, use the Service Panel Module (SPM) to lower the platform:
– Insert the key into the SPM and turn it clockwise until the digital screen displays EMERGENCY.
– The down-arrow button (lower left side of SPM) will light up.
– Press and hold the button; the platform will slowly move downward.
– Keep pressing until the platform reaches floor level.
– Once aligned, the door will automatically open and the passenger can exit.
– After evacuation, turn the key counterclockwise to switch off the SPM.
– Refer to the laminated instruction sheet as needed.

The triangle light on the control panel indicates errors. Its color is important:
– Yellow – Minor error; can often be checked and reset by the client.
– Red – Major error; usually requires a technician, though some cases may still be reset by the client.
